1 General Overview & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between fbagi (referred to as "fbagi", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and each member who uses its services (referred to as "you", "user", or "member"). Please read these terms in full before using the fbagi.bet website or mobile app.

Fbagi is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. Our services are intended solely for users in jurisdictions where online betting is legal and who are at least 18 years of age.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside fbagi's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other specific rules. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with fbagi, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you satisfy all of these conditions.

Fbagi reserves the right to verify the identity of all its members. For large withdrawals, bonus claims, or suspicious activity, we may request any of the following documents:

• A recent utility bill or any other document as proof of address.

3 User Responsibilities & Security

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Fbagi supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Mobile Pay: Instant deposits, minimum ৳500.
• Nagad: Instant deposits, minimum ৳500.
• Rocket: Instant deposits, minimum ৳500.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days, minimum ৳2,000.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• The maximum limit per single deposit is ৳1,00,000.
• Maximum daily deposit limit: ৳3,00,000.
• No hidden fees on deposits — the full amount goes straight to your account.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Fbagi is committed to ensuring fast, hassle-free withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Fbagi reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Withdrawal Timeframes

• Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.

If you experience an unusual delay with a withdrawal, please notify our support team right away. We will do our best to resolve it within 24 hours.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fbagi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms — please read them carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated).
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10–30x the deposit + bonus amount).
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts or devices may result in both accounts being banned.
• Bonuses not used within the specified time period will expire and be forfeited.
• Fbagi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If fbagi finds evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Please use bonuses responsibly.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting on fbagi at all times. Additional rules may apply for specific sports or events.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Displayed odds may change at any time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fbagi reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with fbagi's policy.
• Fbagi is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from data delays in live betting.
• Betting limits are set by fbagi and are subject to change at any time.

Bet Settlement Policy

All bets are settled based on official results. In the case of any disputed outcome, fbagi's decision is final. Any objection to bet settlement must be submitted to support@fbagi.bet within 72 hours.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbagi. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using bots or automated software in the betting system.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Fbagi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the member's own request.
• Voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

To close your account, email us at support@fbagi.bet. Any remaining balance will be refunded through the standard process.

10 Limitation of Liability

Fbagi strives to operate its services to the highest standards. However, fbagi accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet disruptions or technical issues.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting — betting carries risk and the possibility of loss is always present.
